When buying a rosegold rolex, after confirming the purchase, I simply asked what is the date on warranty card, fair right? as their listing not mentioned. No reply after 2 times asking, cancel my order saying “buyer not interested anymore”. And then the relist the price 10% higher.

Took the dealer 3 weeks to realize they could not get insurance to my address, but my address should have been known to them from the beginning. I know for a fact DHL ships here with insurance, but the dealer refused to use that option. That should not be my problem, ever. In addition, the dealer offered backdoor deals outside chrono24, which is always a reason to worry. Summary: deal got cancelled (without any courtesy note) after tying my money for about 4 weeks. I now have a credit card with a really, really high limit, what a hassle! Do NOT do business with this dealer unless you have sorted shipping options first! Totally unprofessional.

Sky Diamonds takes shipping security seriously. Our top priority is for the item to arrive safely to your doorstep. DHL does not provide the level of security that we are comfortable with. Lastly, you initially asked us to ship within the USA prior to our conversation, Qatar was not an option.

It was very difficult to get updates from this dealer. After waiting 2 weeks for the watch that they said was at their overseas office, I had to follow up and find out that it was allegedly "lost in shipment". I would only purchase a watch from them if they have it ready for immediate delivery. Do not take their word that it's at their overseas office and it will take time to get it for you.

We understand your frustration, our team has communicated consistantly with you. Covid has disrupted the entire world shipping network. We have major delays in all areas. The watch was released from customs only recently. Patience is vital in acquiring certain models.

Cancelled the purchase after the seller repeatedly failed to respond to any of my questions concerning the watch or the purchase. Disappointed to say the least, but it worked out in the end with another seller who wanted my business. I will avoid this seller in the future at all costs.

The watch arrived without the rubber strap, it had an old, worn leather strap. I’m not convinced it was the correct watch that was show on the website. The response from the retailer was, “ well we may have mixed up the straps. Really? The watch has been returned. Very disappointing!
