- Returns Policy - 14 Days - Buyer pays return postage cost.
- If goods are not as described we will pay for the returned postage anywhere in the world
- If the goods have been damaged in anyway, we will not accept any returns
- Items received after the 14 day returns period will be subject to a 100GBP inspection and restocking fee.

Sell Your Pre-owned Watches
Interested in selling your watch? Our valuations department offers a professional and confidential service tailored to meet your needs, all we require is just a few photos, model number and a brief description of the condition of the watch, we will then be able to get you an estimate, usually within 12 hours of your enquiry.
WT Time Pieces Limited Warranty
WT Time Pieces guarantees your watch against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
All parts found to be defective by WT Time Pieces Service Centre, as a result of manufacturing fault, will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you, at the discretion of our service centre.
Damage or defects arising from mishandling, incorrect or abusive use and water damage/moisture (in non-water resistant watches) will not be covered under our warranty. Furthermore, any repairs not authorised or performed by FineGold and Diamonds will not be covered by this warranty and will in fact be null and void.
Your watch must be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers operating instructions. This information is available online at no cost to you.
