-All watches in stock can be shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. In some cases, if we don't have some watches on stock,We need time to order the desired model (approx. 2-3 weeks delivery, depending on the watch).
SHIPPING
-We can ship worldwide, please contact us for more details about shipping to your country.
-The sale price does not include any taxes on the destination. The buyer shall pay the Postal Service / shipping charge and any relevant customs duties and taxes incurred at destination. We can ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS.
-Tracking will be updated for you immediately after shipping has been processed.
WARRANTY
- We offer a one-year warranty service for the movement. If your purchased watch malfunctions within the first year due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide you with free repair. Even after the manufacturer's warranty period has expired, we will still offer warranty services.
- The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
a. Normal wear and tear caused during daily use
b. Defects caused by abuse, external force or improper use of the watch
c. Accidental water ingress resulting from the use of the watch beyond the manufacturer's waterproof standard (not a manufacturer defect)
d. Detachment of precious and/or semi-precious stones set in the watch
- Appearance damages not covered by the warranty: include but are not limited to damages caused by physical damage to any components such as the case, dial, crystal, bezel, bracelet, screws, crown/stem, clasp, etc.
- Any appearance alterations and third-party repair attempts will result in the warranty being void.
